- Provisional offer letter from Mahindra Finance on registering for the program.
- Program Fees - Rs 30,000 + GST 18%
- One month on-line training program by SRM School of Banking (Daily 4:00 hours, can attend via any smart digital device.)

- Employment in Mahindra Finance will be as business executive or collection executive

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
BUSINESS EXECUTIVE
Achieve business targets as per business vertical guidelines
Attend to customer queries/grievances and ensure prompt service
Ensure proper field investigation w.r.t. documentation, stamping and other formalities pre and post disbursement of cases
Actively participate in sales promotion activities
Ensure the process and policy guidelines are strictly adhered
COLLECTION EXECUTIVE
Field investigation of cases forwarded by business executives
Make collection efficiency plan
Collection of overdue as well as current month due from the customers
Develop personal loan and refinance business through existing customers
Collect pending post disbursement documents from customers
Ensure timely submission of collected cash from customers in the office.

Program Structure
The topics that will be covered in the program include Introduction to NBFCs, About Mahindra Finance and its products, Business development and selling skills, collections and recovery, Grooming and Communication skills, Customer profiling and handling skills, relationship management skills etc.
There will be assessments during the training and a final assessment at the end of the program.
Eligibility Criteria
- Female graduate with 50% in 10th, 12th & graduation
- Age should be 28 years or below
- Should have valid two-wheeler driving licence
- Must own or have access to a 2-wheeler
Selection Process
- Candidates needs to undergo two levels of interviews:
- Interview with SRM School of Banking Panel
- Final interview with Mahindra Finance
- Candidates clearing both interviews will be eligible to join the program
Training Location
- Training will be executed online for One month, having sessions of 4 hours per day.
- You can attend the training via any smart digital devices.
Pre-Requisites
- Eligible candidates should possess good communication skills in Regional Language and Basic English.
Program Fee
- Rs 30,000/- + 18% GST
Payment
- Initial payment of Rs.10,000/- for confirmation.
- Balance amount should be made before commencement of the training program.
